Pyruvate: ferredoxin oxidoreductace (POR) is a central player in the Pfu glycolytic pathway. A homologue has been crystallized however the known structure has more residues and is one chain in contrast to the Pfu complex. Samples are native and data was collected under anaerobic conditions. Data collection was stardardized with the use of known molecular weight protein standards thus confirming the molecular weight of the complex.
